    1. On page 1, line 17, after "university" insert "through the soil and water conservation districts".

    2. On page 1, line 19, after "program" insert ", including restoration of riparian vegetation, monitoring and long-term management and maintenance in accordance with established templates and protocols".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
