    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 79

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, after the semicolon strike the remainder of the line and strike line 14 through the second semicolon.

     2. On page 10, lines 10 and 11, remove the bracket and line-through in Subsection B.

     3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     4. On pages 12 through 14, strike Sections 8 and 9 in their entirety.

     5. On page 18, lines 9 through 24, strike Section 14 in its entirety.

     6. Renumber sections to correspond with these amendments.,

and thence referred to the GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
