HOUSE BILL 64

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, strike lines 13 and 14 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following paragraphs:

                "(4) state tracking number;

                (5) case number;".

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
