    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 62, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 14, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

    2. On pages 1 and 2, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    4. On page 2, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following new paragraph:

         “(3) “elementary physical education” means eligible physical education programs that serve students in kindergarten through grade six and three- and four-year old developmentally delayed students.”.

    5. On page 3, line 12, strike “As they” and insert in lieu thereof “To”.

    6. On pages 3 and 4, strike Subsection E in its entirety.

    7. On pages 4 and 5, strike Section 3 in its entirety.
