HOUSE BILL 61, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 2, after the period, insert "Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit or limit the sale or distribution of any food or beverage item through fundraisers by students, teachers or groups when the items are intended for sale off the school campus.".
