    Your VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 13

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike House Education Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 3, line 1, strike “the university of New Mexico law school”, and insert in lieu thereof “law schools”.

    3. On page 3, line 3, after “expenses,” strike the remainder of lines 3, 4, 5 and 6 and insert in lieu thereof “after graduation and admission to the New Mexico bar, will be required to gain employment with the state of New Mexico to serve in a legal capacity involving a governmental agency, or with a non-profit organization, or a discount legal service agency for the benefit of low income people for a specified number of years as designated by law.”
