    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 13

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 3, after “expenses,” strike the reminder of lines 3, 4, 5 and 6 insert in lieu thereof “after graduation and admission to the New Mexico bar, will be required to gain employment with the state of New Mexico to serve in a legal capacity involving a governmental agency, non-profit organization, or a discount legal service capacity for the benefit of low income people for a specified number of years.”,

and thence referred to the VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE.
