    1. On page 3, line 11, after "Espanola" strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

    2. On page 3, lines 12 and 13, strike "in their efforts to have their agreements between the cities and counties and" and insert in lieu thereof "and all other entities that have or may have water service agreements with".

    3. On page 3, strike line 15 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "allotments to have those water service agreements converted to".

    4. On page 3, line 16, strike "agreement" and insert in lieu thereof "agreements".
