Synopsis of Bill

Senate Bill 513 appropriates $150,000 from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration to support the city of Albuquerque in hosting the United States and Spanish national rugby teams in a sports event during the city’s tricentennial celebration.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

The appropriation of $150.0 contained in this bill is a non-recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
