SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 429 would increase the membership of
the Legislative Education Study Committee (LESC) by adding one senator. The
composition of the LESC with the enactment of this bill would be five senators
and six representatives for a total of 11 members.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
Senate
Bill 429 does not contain an appropriation. If the bill is enacted the cost for
the additional member would be allowable per diem for meetings.
