Amendment
The House Government and Urban Affairs Committee
amendment increases the membership on the Commission on Disability from 13 to
15. The amendment also names the
Secretary of Children Youth and Families Department and the director of the
State Agency on Aging as Commission members and consequently increases the non-governor
appointees from 4 to 6.
