Fiscal impact reports (FIRs) are prepared by the Legislative Finance Committee (LFC) for standing finance committees of the NM Legislature. The LFC does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of these reports if they are used for other purposes.

Senate Bill 83 appropriates $100.0 to PED for the Mid Rio Grande Valley Character Counts Program in the Moriarty, Grants, Belen, Los Lunas, Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Bernalillo and Santa Fe school districts and in Torrance, Cibola, Valencia, Bernalillo, Sandoval and Santa Fe counties.
