SUMMARY

Synopsis of Bill

House Bill 462 appropriates $80,000 from the general fund to department of finance and administration for the purpose of funding the operation of the acequia commission.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

The appropriation of $80.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.

The version of the GAA passed by the House included $30.0 from the general fund for the Acequia and community ditch program.
