Synopsis of Bill

House Bill 461 appropriates $10,000 from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for the purpose of contracting for crematory services for deceased animals in Espanola and in Rio Ariba county.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

The appropriation of $10.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
