FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $100.0 contained in this
bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered
balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general
fund.
OTHER SUBSTANTIVE ISSUES
According
to the State Department of Public Education (SDPE), this bill enhances
education efforts and assists educators with a process that has positive
results for students and schools. This bill supports a systematic process for
improving student achievement by promoting and supporting continuous quality
improvement processes in schools.
