Previously issued FIRs and attachments may also be obtained from the LFC in Suite 101 of the State Capitol Building North.

The House Labor and Human Resources Committee amendment declares an emergency.

Synopsis of Original Bill

Laws of 2003, Chapter 5, section 12 required the Public Employee Labor Relations board to hold all meetings in Santa Fe. The bill amends the law to allow board meetings to be held in Albuquerque or Santa Fe. The office for the board is currently located in Albuquerque.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

House Bill 352 does not contain an appropriation.
