SUMMARY

 

Synopsis of Bill

 

House Bill 311 appropriates $120,000.00 from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs for the purpose of funding an exhibit of the works of three prominent New Mexico artists, Agnes Martin, Maria Martinez and Florence Pierce, at the museum of fine arts that will then travel on a nationwide tour.

 

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

 

The appropriation of $120.0 contained in this bill is a non-recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
