Synopsis of Bill

Senate Bill 527 appropriates $139,000 from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for the purpose of supporting the boys and girls club of northern New Mexico in Taos county.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

The appropriation of $139,000 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.

ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS

The Local Government Division of DFA is charged with administering and distributing these funds in compliance with state law.
