SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 452 appropriates $18,450 from the
general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and
administration to contract to provide a horse therapy program and related
services for physically and mentally challenged individuals in Chaves county.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $18.5 contained in this
bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered
balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general
fund.
