SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 68
appropriates $125,000 from the general fund to the historic preservation
division of the office of cultural affairs for the purpose of contracting for
the development of educational programs in historic preservation and
regionalism.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $125.0
contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended
or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert
to the general fund.
In FY04, the education
outreach program had a total budget of $7,678.7, of which $1,323.4 was for
contractual services.
