Synopsis of Bill

House Joint Memorial 93 recognizes the distinctiveness and value of the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad and the importance of preserving the railroad. The memorial asks the national park service of the United States department of interior to evaluate the feasibility of designating the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad as a national historic scenic railroad to preserve this historic treasure for all Americans and future generations.
