LFC does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of these reports if they
are used for other purposes.

The House Transportation Committee amendment
inserts the State Land Commissioner into the memorial. Some or all of the land
in question may be state trust land, which would require the Land
Commissioner’s involvement.

Department of Transportation to cooperate with
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

73 does not contain an appropriation. The requirement for NMDOT to cooperate
with these local governments would not pose a fiscal or administrative problem
