SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1190

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Manny M. Aragon

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CENTENNIAL ENGINEERING CENTER AND THE HUMAN ANATOMY LABORATORY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the commission on higher education

ten million dollars ($10,000,000) to plan, design, construct and equip the centennial engineering center at the school of engineering at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

ten million dollars ($10,000,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a human anatomy laboratory at the health sciences center at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
