FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct the Navajo/Gallup water supply project in Gallup in McKinley county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct a wastewater system in Gallup in McKinley county; and

four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) for phase 1-B of the wastewater plant expansion in Gallup in McKinley county; and

• to the department of transportation

one million twenty thousand dollars ($1,020,000) to improve and reconstruct Patton drive in Gallup in McKinley county;

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to improve and reconstruct the Third street bridge in Gallup in McKinley county; and

five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000) to improve and reconstruct the Clay street bridge in Gallup in McKinley county.
