FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE ANTHONY WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT IN ANTHONY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) for installation of a sewer line for the Anthony water and sanitation district in Anthony in Dona Ana county; and

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) for a sludge belt press and housing for a wastewater plant for the Anthony water and sanitation district in Anthony in Dona Ana county.
