FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE WEST MESA HIGH SCHOOL BOYS' BASEBALL TEAM IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

one hundred thirty thousand dollars ($130,000) for capital improvements for the West Mesa high school boys' baseball team, including backstop renovation, club house, scoreboard, public address system and equipment, in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
