STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Joseph A. Fidel

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE PUEBLO OF LAGUNA IN BERNALILLO, CIBOLA AND SANDOVAL COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for improvements to the Paraje and Encinal wash projects at the Pueblo of Laguna in Bernalillo, Cibola and Sandoval counties;

seven million seventy-six thousand four hundred dollars ($7,076,400) to plan, design and construct the Laguna child and family education center at the Pueblo of Laguna in Bernalillo, Cibola and Sandoval counties; and

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to plan and construct the north Mesita village community facultative lagoon liner project in the Pueblo of Laguna in Bernalillo, Cibola and Sandoval counties.
