FOR A HALL OF HONOR AT THE NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a hall of honor for the engaging Latino communities for education initiative at the New Mexico highlands university in San Miguel county.
