FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE MORA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the public education department

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a track and football field for the Mora independent school district in Mora county;

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a field house for the Mora independent school district in Mora county; and

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct a maintenance garage and bus barn for the Mora independent school district in Mora county.
