FOR A PERFORMING ARTS THEATER FOR THE MORIARTY MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) to plan, design and construct a performing arts theater for the Moriarty municipal school district in Torrance county.
