46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Carlos R. Cisneros

FOR LAND ACQUISITION AND WATER-WASTEWATER PROJECTS AT POJOAQUE VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the public education department

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for land acquisition in Jacona for the Pojoaque valley school district in Santa Fe county;

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for a water and wastewater improvement project at the Pojoaque valley school district in Santa Fe county; and

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for a new well and water storage tank at Jacona for the Pojoaque valley school district in Santa Fe county.
