STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Carlos R. Cisneros

FOR A WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEM FOR EL VALLE DE LOS RANCHOS WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million twenty-five thousand dollars ($1,025,000) for the planning, design, survey, easements, improvements and construction of a water system for El Valle de Los Ranchos sanitation and water district in Taos county;

six hundred seventy thousand dollars ($670,000) for planning, design, surveys, easements and construction of a wastewater system for El Valle de los Ranchos water and sanitation district in Taos county; and

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for the purchase of land and a building for El Valle de los Ranchos water and sanitation district in Taos county.
