FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS TO NEW MEXICO HIGHWAY 70 AND CARRIZO INTERSECTION.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for road improvements at the intersection of Carrizo and New Mexico highway 70 in Lincoln county.
