FOR CONSTRUCTION AND THE PURCHASE OF EXHIBITS FOR THE ANDERSON-ABRUZZO INTERNATIONAL BALLOON MUSEUM IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three million dollars ($3,000,000) for construction and the purchase of exhibits for the Anderson-Abruzzo international balloon museum in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
