FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ATHLETIC FACILITIES AT THE NEW MEXICO MILITARY INSTITUTE IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico military institute

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to improve the athletic facilities at the New Mexico military institute in Roswell in Chaves county.
