FOR A WASTE TRANSFER STATION FOR THE LINCOLN COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY IN RUIDOSO DOWNS IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for a waste transfer station for the Lincoln county solid waste authority in Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county.
