FOR AN ARCHITECTURAL PLAN AND MASTER PLAN FOR THE WHEELS MUSEUM IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for an architectural plan and master plan for the Wheels museum in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
