FOR PHASE 3 IMPLEMENTATION OF A REFORESTATION, IRRIGATION AND LANDSCAPING PLAN FOR THE SILVER HILL NEIGHBORHOOD IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for phase 3 implementation of a reforestation, irrigation and landscaping plan for the Silver Hill neighborhood in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
