REQUESTED BY John Pinto

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE SHIPROCK CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to extend the municipal street lighting system in the Shiprock chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county; and

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to extend the south Shiprock municipal wastewater system in the Shiprock chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
