SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 521

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Clinton D. Harden

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN UNION COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million nine hundred fifty-seven thousand dollars ($1,957,000) for improvement and upgrade to Union county general hospital in Union county;

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase, install, plan, design and construct a building to house the Capulin ambulance in Union county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to repair and renovate the county courthouse in Union county.
