FOR THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred ten thousand dollars ($110,000) for improvements and equipment for the baseball and softball complexes for the athletic department at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
