SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 436

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Clinton D. Harden

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CLAYTON IN UNION COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to repair and recondition a water tower in Clayton in Union county;

• to the department of transportation

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to resurface the downtown streets in Clayton in Union county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for phase 4 of the civic center remodeling project in Clayton in Union county;

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for phase 3 of the swimming pool renovation in Clayton in Union county;

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to repair and upgrade the utilities at the armory in Clayton in Union county; and

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for phase 3 of the park renovation and the playground equipment purchase in Clayton in Union county.
