FOR UPGRADING AND EXTENDING THE WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM IN SOCORRO IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to upgrade and extend the wastewater collection system in Socorro in Socorro county.
