REQUESTED BY Carlos R. Cisneros

FOR FURNISHING AND EQUIPPING THE RIO GRANDE ALCOHOL TREATMENT FACILITY IN EMBUDO IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to furnish and equip the Rio Grande alcohol treatment facility in Embudo in Rio Arriba county.
