FOR VIDEO AND AUDIO EQUIPMENT FOR THE LIBRARY IN BELEN IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for video and audio equipment to be used in the making of testimonials by members of the community at the library in Belen in Valencia county.
