FOR WATER CONSERVATION PROJECTS IN CITY PARKS AND FACILITIES IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and construct water conservation projects in city parks and facilities in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
