FOR A GRASS FIELD AT DOUGLAS MACARTHUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for a grass field at Douglas MacArthur elementary school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
