SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 218

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Carroll H. Leavell

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN LOVING IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to upgrade the wastewater collection and treatment system in Loving in Eddy county;

fourteen thousand dollars ($14,000) for purchase of a trailer-mounted sewer jetter in Loving in Eddy county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ten thousand dollars ($110,000) for construction of sidewalks from Fourth street to Eighth street on Cedar street in Loving in Eddy county; and

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for the design of the little league complex in Loving in Eddy county.
