FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN EUNICE IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to purchase and install playground equipment for the park in Eunice in Lea county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for demolition of dilapidated property in Eunice in Lea county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for roofing municipal buildings in Eunice in Lea county; and

one hundred eighteen thousand dollars ($118,000) to design, plan and construct, including an irrigation system and fencing, a new cemetery in Eunice in Lea county.
