FOR PURCHASE OF AN X-RAY MACHINE FOR ARTESIA GENERAL HOSPITAL IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to purchase an x-ray machine for Artesia general hospital in Artesia in Eddy county.
